These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the Fitness GPT mobile application ("Application") created by PrapTechie ("Service Provider"). By downloading or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Some features require an internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). The Service Provider is not responsible for any limitations due to lack of internet access or depleted data allowance.
By using the Application outside of a Wi-Fi area, you acknowledge that you may incur charges from your mobile provider for data usage or other third-party charges. You are responsible for all such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the Application outside your home territory.
